CDR for Threatening Shout to come around sooner is good. Making sure you're doing enough damage with Crit Dmg/Crit Ch is very important. Offense: Crit Dmg > Crit Ch > CDR > Attack Speed. Movement speed maxed at 25% in conjunction with your gear is most important and the rest into Strength. With items geared properly, you can rush past all regular content without ever turning around to make sure they're dead. The synergy from all items involved create an intense speed rush. Skills/Items you'll gain movement speed from: Boon of the Hoarder Gem > Wreath of Lightning > Warzechian Armguards > Rachel's Ring of Larceny > Bul Kathos weapons > Sprint Skill. Rachel's Ring of Larceny could be subbed out, but getting the extra movement speed is very nice. Also to note is the Wreath of Lightning legendary gem to continue moving at a quick pace. Adding a pair of Warzechian bracers can have you moving even faster.
Adding the Goldwrap for the large pickup radius guarantees invincibility. Using the Boon of the Hoarder Gem with the Avarice band guarantees nonstop speed. The new Wrath of the Wastes set is required, however an IK build is viable, but the Dust Devils spawns from Wastes allow you to continue moving without stopping.
